1. Data controller
Previn Engineering, established in Bemmel and registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 85047481, is the data controller responsible for the processing of personal data as described in this privacy policy. This policy has been drawn up in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
2. Which personal data we process
We process only the data that you provide to us yourself, for example via the contact form, by email, or by telephone. This concerns:
- Name and (business) contact details
- Email address and telephone number
- The content of your message or enquiry
- Data required for carrying out an assignment and for invoicing
3. Purposes and legal basis
We process your personal data for the following purposes:
- Responding to your question or enquiry (legal basis: your request / pre-contractual measures);
- Performing an agreement and the associated administration (legal basis: performance of the agreement);
- Complying with legal obligations, such as the statutory retention requirement for tax purposes (legal basis: legal obligation).
We do not process more data than is necessary for these purposes.
4. Retention periods
We do not retain personal data for longer than necessary. Data from contact enquiries that do not lead to an assignment is deleted within a reasonable period. We retain administrative and invoicing data for the statutory period of seven years.
5. Sharing with third parties
We do not sell your data to third parties. Data is shared only where this is necessary for the performance of the agreement or in order to comply with a legal obligation, for example with our accountant. With parties that process data on our behalf we conclude a data processing agreement where this is required.
6. Security
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against loss or unlawful processing. The website is provided via a secure connection (HTTPS).
7. Cookies
This website does not place any tracking or marketing cookies. Only functional and technically necessary data required for the website to function correctly is processed.
8. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, or have your personal data deleted. In addition, you have the right to restriction of processing, the right to object, and the right to data portability. You can submit a request for this via info@previn.nl. We will respond within the statutory period.
9. Complaints
If you have a complaint about how we handle your data, we would be glad to hear from you. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) via autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl.
